Elkhart Conn 6H Tenor Trombone

Price: $1400

Here’s a vintage M series Elkhart Conn 6H tenor trombone from the late 1960s, renowned for its association with musicians like Jack Teagarden and Frank Rosolino, making it a versatile .500″ bore jazz instrument. Featuring an 8″ yellow brass bell flare and the coveted gold brass outer slide tubes typical of the Elkhart variation, this trombone is in superb condition. Its slide is smooth, and there are no indications of prior damage or significant repairs. This particular model, being a later version, showcases the “marching band” engraving rather than the earlier deco engraving. It also includes its original case.
