This is a beautiful E-series Conn Elkhart Model 8H trombone from the mid 1960s. It’s basically a time capsule horn, being one of the nicest and cleanest examples I’ve had come into the shop in a good while. The original bronze outer slide tubes are in great shape and the red brass bell is super clean, no red rot and only a few very small dings from regular use. The original case is included with a case cover and the original remington mouthpiece. A beautiful vintage Conn that’s ideal for a valve install or just play it as a classic straight trombone for the ultra pure Conn orchestra sound.
