Here’s a beautiful Meinl Lauber bass sackbut from the 1970s, the absolute top tier instrument of the time period made by M&L (currently Ewald Meinl). The Ehe bass is probably the most famous of all of the surviving originals and this one is a pretty faithful replica! A few concessions have been made to make it more playable: the slide is longer to give full 7 positions along with and chrome inner tubes. Lots of decoration after the original and the famous angel head and crown are here and very cool. Includes the original case and a baroque style modern mouthpiece.
