This is a custom M&W bass trombone that was built for John Engelkes (retired SF Symphony). We set it up to be close to a vintage Conn 62H style instrument, with a 2 piece red brass bell flare 9.5″, gold brass outer slide tubes, TIS opera wheel mechanism, and dependent M&W rotary valves in F/D. The horn is satin lacquered finish and it is absolutely stunning! Just shy of two years old, this bass trombone is basically in new condition. With protec case.
