This is a Manfred Schmelzer model 5 bass trombone, with inline rotax rotary valves in Bb/F/Gb/D. The trombone is finished in 24k goldplated finish with a beautiful bell engraving. Overall in nice shape with some minor wear spots on the valve caps and neckpipe along with contact points on the slide. Very thin bell and wide slide with rounded slide crook. Valve register is particularly nice on this bass trombone! With protec case
