This is a wonderful playing Shires custom bass trombone. It has a BII 7GM A4 bell (this is a Bach style, two piece reverse spun gold brass medium weight annealed bell), inline standard Shires rotary valves in Bb/F/Gb/D and a straight bore B62 slide. Overall in very nice lightly used condition, a vibrant and engaging instrument to play in the few minutes I had a play on it I felt that this one had a very nice character that invited me to play it more, could be the neat bell flare or could just be that all the parts work together well on this setup but a very satisfying bass trombone indeed! With a case.
