Vincent Bach New York Model 6.

This is an early Vincent Bach Model 6. made in the Bronx New York factory, with a 6xx three digit serial. All original parts, 7″ bell with wide French rim in yellow brass, nickel silver neckpipe, yellow brass .485″ slide. There is some wear from use, as would be expected from a 90 year old trombone! Bach was still working out some of the designs of his early trombones so we see lots of variations. I imagine the . stamp on the bell is an early variation of the standard model 6, but no way to know for sure. A really lovely vintage player that plays way bigger than it should! Sold without a case.
